Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Order processing and shipping times are two separate times.  Chaos Consultations has no control over postal shipping times or other delays out of our control.

Delays may occur due to high volumes of orders, postal service disruptions, the weather and other issues out of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Free shipping on orders of over $75.00 We offer different shipping times and rates. Please see list below.

Local delivery

Are you local? You’re in luck!! Free local delivery is available for orders over $75 within the Thornton, Brighton and Northern Denver neighborhoods of Colorado for orders under $75, we charge $10 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 10am-4pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

We deliver to the following zip codes:

Thornton: 80023, 80221, 80229, 80233, 80241, 80260, 80602

Denver: 80123, 80201-80216 

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: The World.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Chaos Consultations and Chaos Creations is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@chaosconsultations.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

UPS typically does not deliver any packages of mail to P.O. Boxes.  Please be aware of this  while choosing  the mail carrier you would like to use.
